I have had pre-authorized payments for a couple of years and the account has not changed. However, once in a while my payment does not go through. My step-mom, my dad, and my brother's come out of the same account and there is no issue. My brother's actually comes out on the same day. And when I go to pay mine later that day after discovering my account has been suspended, I pay it from the same account and it goes out no problem, so it is not because the money is not in the account. Can someone tell me why?

@kade the autopay system isnt perfect, will fail and flag a credit card if its used too many times on the same day. Stay safe.

@kade autopay sometimes fails if payment is taken out on the same day some security feature with your card it may be better to put payment in your account a day or two early or contact the moderators ask Simon the robot here to speak to a human this will help to generate a ticket mention auto pay issues check envelope top right for a response they usually reply between 2-48 hours
