Hi. My daughter cannot receive or make calls. Her account is locked. If her account is locked how can she even attemp to solve the problem?

hi @Patriot sim fraud is not as common as before , how she got into it?

If your daughter still has access to her email account (to login self service account), she can get 2FA authorization via email instead. Then you can check the SIM card number from her account versus the SIM card in her phone.
