While you cannot port back into an existing Public Mobile account, you can port out, then port back in to a new Public Mobile account, however the benefit of doing that may be questionable.

It sounds like you may want to retain the rewards associated with a particular account, and retain them under a different number.

The only way this might be accommodated is in the case of the passing of a spouse whose account held good rewards, and the surviving spouse wanted to resume the account in their name, thus retaining the rewards.

Of course it would be at the discretion of the customer support agent and likely only done on an exceptional or case-by-case basis.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to them by clicking here.  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.

Sorry, but this cannot be done. When porting out, your Public Mobile account will be permanently closed.
