Did you follow the 4 steps closely on the activate page? Old sim in phone with old account in good standing? Is it a prepaid or postpaid service you were on?

Nobody is going to contact you from PM side. It does not work that way...
What exactly did you do so far? There are certain steps to follow for porting your number.

It doesn't work like that. You'll need to contact Public Mobile. If number porting has failed, please open a ticket by going to: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
