Does Public Mobile make posts when their service is down? I'm in Ontario with no service, my brother lives in the same city and he has service on his Public Mobile account. Any suggestions?

Glad to hear, the bad storm had passed through most of Ontario, so at least that won't affect it anymore and the towers seem to be intact lol

Yah! That worked! I restarted my phone and service is intact. Thank you so much! I rely on call-ins for work so my connection is critical 🙏🏼🥂

Occassionally, Public Mobile does make an announcement if there is a widespread issue. This could either be a localized network issue or an issue with your account. Sometimes, all it takes is to restart your device, and other times, service starts working again on its own.

No, PM does not report service outages.
You can check it here:

but I think if it is too short or minor, you will not see it here.
Try rebooting your phone or/and resetting network.
