I think i need a moderator.
i ported out too another provider but didn't know my account would automatically be removed.
i read that i would want to disable auto-pay otherwise i will be charged for the next cycle still.

@jasonh :Since you already ported out it automatically closes your old account therefore auto pay is automatically closed out too, so no need do anything else.
