Log in to your account. Go to payment/manage subscription. Switch the subscribed button to unsubscribe.

You can just disable Subscribe online or on the PM app on your account.
Or you can dial 1-855-4PUBLIC and disable but it will require your PIN.
But once you port out your account will be closed along with your CC/debit information.

@missorange once you sign in. Click on My Account, then Manage Subscription and Add-ONS. You would switch or toggle the 'subscribed' button to off.
Make sure however that if you plan to port your number, your account is not canceled. It must be current. You would want to port around 2-3 days prior to next renewal date to save money as no refunds will be given.
