Greetings...
When trying to port a landline, the form asks for street number. My street number is "44E", but the form only allows numbers. The form states the following
Please ensure your address is an exact match with the address given to your previous provider.
Any suggestions.

Try writing only 44 in street number and street name can start with " E " and then the street name.
e.g. 44E Lansdowne way can be written "44" and "E Lansdowne way" cos when it goes in the database it will stored as "44 E Lansdowne way"

Also he mindful that landlines take a lot longer than cell numbers when it comes to porting (relatively speaking). Welcome to PM!

Establish PM service First! Confirm everything works as expected (SMS/calls/Internet).
In the mean time contact agent for clarification how to proceed.

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Hi @celticplayer are you customer already? if you are, message PM CS Agent for manual porting request
you can open ticket with them easily at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
- start by typing : Contact CS Agent
- then Click "Contact Us"
- then Click "Other"
- finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
- you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
