I ported my number from PC mobile but that number is not active in public mobile what should i do?

@Yegambaram how long have you been waiting for the port to complete? Did you keep your old PC SIM card in the phone to receive the text message from them to confirm porting out the number? If so, did you respond Yes within 90 minutes?
