Koodo Post Paid account: Go into slefserve choose the Change phone number option. Enter the Koodo account number, name on account and phone number.

Koodo Pre Paid account: You can only port your number with the help of a PM moderator. Include the same information as above when submitting a ticket to PM.

If you can get to a wireless station at the mall or The Mobile Shop inside any Loblawchain of stores, they can help you do that. I switched from Koodo and it's very easy with the help of a mobile specialist. Should take leass than half hour. Will need to buy a PM sim card.
