My sons phone is asking for a puk code.
We are trying to log into his account but cant remember the passord.
his account was blocked for one hours for several times now over the last 2 days.
We reset the password by sending the code to the email on file. After reseting the password the system enters a loop where it says the password needs reseting. The other alternative is to send a code to the phone number instead of email. But the phone is not active due to the requirement of puk code.
Can someone help?
Thank yuou

What are you trying to do? What was your error message? Did you contact PM? See direct link https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Admittedly, this reply may be a partial repeat of @Sansan , however if there's additional info which may be useful here, then I offer it for that possibility:
What is the message you're getting?
If you're getting:
"SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK." on a Samsung phone then call Samsung at 1-800-726-7864 and they will give you a code to unlock it. They'll want the IMEI of the phone in question.
If any of these:
These mean the phone is locked to a previous provider. You'll need to contact them to unlock the phone.
If any of these:
then contact support:
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Could be just error logging into email. Try a different browser or clear cache. If still doesn't work, use the support section to create a ticketbir the chatbot.
Here is some information regarding puk code.
