@risaak No, no option to add LTE speeds. PM data network is LTE throttled (slowed down) to 3G speeds. You get all the benefits of LTE at a reduced speed. 3G is more than sufficient for browsing, facebook, messaging apps, Google Maps and even Youtube videos at slightly lower resolution (not very noticable on a small cell phone screen). Basically, the benefits of a LTE system, but at a lower, but more than sufficient speed

There is only one plan that has LTE, 1 GB LTE data plan only.
All the other plans have 3G data plans. Actually, it is LTE data, but capped to 3G speeds. For most day to day uses, the 3G speed plans will meet most people's data needs. LTE latency with 3G speeds.
However, if your husband really needs 4G, need to find another company.
