I have Canada Wide calling yet anytime I call using my phone it says long distance charges my apply?

Yes you can safely ignore this message since pm is prepaid. There are never overages, extra fees or billing at public mobile.

I'm on auto pay and don't get charged additional fees on my statement for Canada wide calls. Just ignore it unless you're actually charged.

This is a courtesy message from telus as they do not know the provider or plan from which you are calling from. If you allow the message to finish your call will be connected. Otherwise dial a (1) before the number to skip the message. There are no overages, extra billing or fees with pm. It either works and its included in your plan or it doesn't work at all.

@agyeya - there will never be overages here. If you do not have a service on your account, it simply will not work.
Try adding a 1 in front of the number you are calling. If the call completes, just ignore the message.
