As for US add-ons it is possible to get to 173: US talk or text is $8 the rest could be all data. Adds up neatly to 173.
Do you see those US add-on on your account? Screenshot please?

What your account says? When these add-ons have been purchased?
Does anybody else has access to your account or credit card? Highly unlikely it is system error. Maybe your PM account has been hacked?
These are all US add-on so it might help you to figure out what add-ons are purchased:
Unlimited U.S. Talk, Text and 250MB Data Bundle = $20
Unlimited U.S. Talk and Text Bundle = $15
Unlimited U.S. Talk Only = $8
Unlimited U.S. Text Only = $8
U.S. Data Only for 10 day packages
250MB = $10
500MB = $15
1GB = $20
And you can always contact agent to clarify why this charges appear on your account:

You will have to reach out to an agent, they won't contact you here if you ask in a post or at least it is easier and quicker to find a resolution.
Are you saying you didn't purchase add ons at all? What does your my account say. What add ons are showing up and what does your payment history show for these?
