How do I change my username of the Public Mobile forum? I don't see it in the settings. Could someone show me?

Yes, you need to contact CS_Agent to help you change your user name.
I had my user name changed by them in the past.

You have to ask agent to assist you. It is possible to change username and it is not that good idea to have full name as username 😉

@chris_chan yes you can. But you will have to open ticket with PM support and have then change it for you . It is a quick process, just need PM support to help
1 . . If you have access to Self-Serve My account: For faster response (2-48 hours) , Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.
2 . If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with above method: you can Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there

You would need to ask the support people. Since you only have single digit bravos and no solutions yet, you could just leave it be and make a new account. Change this email address first. Then make the new one the same as your account login.

I don't believe you can, you can change things like avatars, etc. but once you pick a community name you are stuck with it. I forgot I had it so when I recently signed up as a customer for a second time I tried to register a new community name and it recognized my email and gave me a find lost password option and I was able to access it again and I didn't see any option for it at least to do yourself. I am not sure if is an option you can get a PM Agent to assist you with, some of the Oracles and high ranking community members can probably answer that.
