I requested to change my plan on its renewal date. I was charged 57.50 on may 30th but my plan is still only the $25 plan with no additional funds in my account

If you are certain it is not a browser problem, if you already checked using Incognito mode and got the same result, then please open a ticket with support using message here:

this is not a redundant thread......I want either my plan i paid for or a credit on my account....who do i talk to?

In the middle of May I requested my plan change on the renewal date of May 30th. On May 30 I was charged 57.50 as I expected however, my plan did not change nor are their any additional funds in my account....nothing is "pending" only one charge of $57.50 Not a cache or a browser issue

@terrilb98 Did you happen to hit change plan now instead of next renewal by accident ?…also Check credit card does one charge show pending and the other posted , if so the pending charge should fall off

HI @terrilb98 if they charged you , it is just a browser problem
you can login again but use Incognito/Private/Secret mode and you should see the new plan details

Did you refresh the website page?
Also,try rebooting your phone by powering it off then back on.

@terrilb98 check My Account using Incognito mode first. Maybe you were just reading old cache page, and very likely the reason
