My plan expires/renews today and I want to start a different plan today but it only appears to let me start it on next renewel. Going from $40 plan to $25 plan. Please advise

@cowwmn, when is your next renewal? Is it 30 days into the future? If you are unable to execute the plan change, I suggest reaching out to the moderator team for assistance. If your screen says anything other than active then you can only renew your current plan. Best thing is to simply futuredate a plan change ahead of time.

Has it already billed for service next month? You should have got the system to change your plan next renewal date before your plan was due today.
