I went to purchase to phones with the intention of joining after but was told the purchase was declined due to a postal code mismatch. so i figured id get a couple phones somewhere else but i noticed the transaction did actually go through. so i guess im asking if anybody knows if ill get those phones if somebody had a similar experience. cant seem to subit a ticket without an actual account or the two sim cards that were included in the sale

Hi @Davealpha , you sure credit card was charged and not just a pending charge?
If it was indeed charged, You can private message PM support and have them manually process the address or process a refund:

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

They just reversed it now it seems funds back i was kinda hoping it was all good and phones on the way lol oh well back to amazon lol thanks for all the help

@Davealpha you are not a customer yet...in other words you have not activated a Public Mobile SIM card yet?
Do not include any spaces and try using all caps in the postal code field.
Make sure it matches the postal code used on the credit card's billing address.

EDIT: if you are looking at your credit card statement showing the withdrawn funds...this could be just a pending transaction when you attempted to do your purchase.
Did you receive an email confirmation of the phone purchase? IF you are unsure if any transaction took place, I would suggest to submit a ticket to CSA (Customer Support Agents with Public Mobile), and confirm nothing was charged and/or shipped.
