my subscription acivated but my phone number did not transfer...how do i get that to go through?

@Willys84 if inbound/outbound calls are working but not imessage and facetime, try to restart your phone. If still not working, contact CS Agent at https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 as I've read there's been some issues with SMS messaging with new activations.

Gone through the pouring steps and that all went through. I receive and make calls. Just iMessage and FaceTime show on my iPhone as activation unsuccessful

@Willys84 What provider are you coming from? I believe Koodo prepaid has a different process where you need to contact PM to initiate.

Did you get a text from the old carrier, did you reply YES?
and can you receive inbound phone calls, especially from Non-Telus/Koodo/PM phone? If you cannot the port was not done
