My name is sxxxxx dxxxx and im trying to pay my phone bill. but im unable to use 611 and that's what im stuck on it keep's hanging up. and telling me to convert to sim

Yes, there was problem with *611, .  try 1.855.4PUBLIC instead

611 has been problematic.

Try dialling 18554public and enter your phone number to pay.

If that doesn’t work, try using the self-serve portal.
