phone doesn't work

My phone can not call or receive any call since I paid last month Feb22. I can text message when it has WIFI, it waste me whole month money and can not use my phone at all. when there is no wifi and it can not talk, really bad

@feixinxin if that doesn't work, can you try either your SIM card in another phone (borrow a friend of family member's phone for a couple of mins), your friend's SIM in your phone?  What happens when you do that?

Dial *#*#4636#*#* on your phone what does it show under phone information? Is it connected to Public Mobile? Also, make sure your phone is not set accidently as lost/stolen.

@feixinxin Try resetting the network settings, Settings-> General-> Reset-> and then select Reset Network Settings. And updating your operating system.

Have you had successful service in the past, with this phone ?

@feixinxin Have you looked at your account and made sure it says Active? Make sure your phone is not in Airplane or Do Not Disturb mode, and try clearing your phones cache and restart it.
