Could your phone be set on airplane mode? If you just signed up to public did you receive the welcome to public mobile text yet?

Most phones have a Do Not Disturb setting. You may have switched that on. Check under Notifications for Do Not Disturb or anything that could be making your phone silent. Make sure Do Not Disturb is off!

@ellen, Every Phone and every Operating System is different so it all Depends.

Are you getting the call at all? Llke in your recent log is the incoming call showing up and you are not getting ring on your end.

Sounds I've you have a dnd feature activated. Not sure what phone you are using but let us know and maybe we can point you in right direction .

Or did you just port a number over and it hasn't finished porting yet?
