Looks like someone has used your phone number to steal your offer. Unfortunately PM uses phone numbers to refer a friend and this make it really easy for people to steal others koodo offers..... I would do as others have said and ask an administrator...

I only had a few days remaining on my prepaid month. I turned off autopay and then moved my number. After I moved my number I came back to try and see my account and it was gone (I wasn't able to log in).
