Hi Guys,
I want to switch my 120$/3months plan to the 30-day pass ( I just want to be able to receive call) so I topped up 10$ in my account.
My transaction show up in transaction history but not on my balance, therefore I cannot change my plan. This is very annoying because I cannot receive any call and I'm job hunting at the moment.

I'm sorry you've been unable to change your plan! I can see that you have the $120 plan and your account is suspended. You currently have a balance of $42. Our cheapest 30-day plan with call feature is $27 and it includes Provincial calls and no texts. If you want to review the rest of our plans, click here, and if you want me to change your plan for you, send me a private message with the plan that you want 😛

Sorry to hear that your account didn't add funds.
Send private message to one of the mod and they will take look into your account.
FYI, you must have a talk in your plan to send and receive calls.
