PM takes my money 8 days ago,,,   when will service start and do I get time for the days not served???

can you make outbound calls or receive inbounds?

data work? or the sim showing can't connect at all?

I think we need to get it back up and running again.  It is possible PM might give you some credit, but you have to check with them

Hello, your service should have started when you were billed, it sounds like there was an issue during activation if you still dont have service.  You can contact PM directly to see if there is an issue with the signup/activation here:

@Roger2252   Can you give a bit more detail, you signed up for a plan, did you get Public Mobile sim card or esim?  Did you port your phone number from another provider?
