When I phone anyone or they phone me the call is so broken up that we can't talk. My phon e is not the issue; I have had it checked.

hi, I have done nothing different and today my phone calls are not breaking up. I’m still trying to get a hold of somebody at public to see if there was an outage or what could have affected my phone. I will be leaving Public Mobile because of the lack of service, but thank you for answering me as a community member

thanks I did check and it is accepted by Public Mobile. It is an iPhone 11. It was green checkmark by volt but a red negative by five GB. Not sure what that means

what make is your cell ? Could be your phone needs to be replaced due to not being VoLTE recognised with Public Mobile. Here's some reading with a device checker at bottom of the article...
