If you go to your rewards page it will tell you your estimated payment for your next renewal by subtracting your estimated rewards and the amount in your balance from your plan amount. It likely will tell you that your estimated payment for your April 30th renewal is $0.
For "amount owing" on the first page of the self serve account, the site does in fact take into account the existing balance of the account. It's only the rewards that it doesn't factor in. I do wonder why Public Mobile lists seperate amounts for "Payment for Next Cycle" and "Amount Owing". The first always matches the current plan price while the second isn't accurate if there are any rewards on the account.

@hieny : Maybe post screenshots of your Payment history here (not payment card). Maybe also the overview page. Blank out personal info of course.

When was your last payment date? Did you change plans?
Public mobile billing cycle is every 30 days, not monthly. It will not be the same date each month (ie. 30th of each month).
If you have concerns, you could screenshot your payment history for the last 30 days. Omit any personal information.

Hi @hieny all Public Mobile plans are 30 days not monthly. What date was your last payment?
