what exactly was the issue? Payment error?
If so, wait a full hour before trying again
if you know the 4 digits account pin, dial *611 and make the payment there
also, if you are in a rush to resume service, but a voucher from SDM/London Drug/711/shell and load the voucher using*611 (no account pin required)
