I can't access 611 to make a payment with my payment voucher I woke up sunday march 26 to no service or reason can't find anyone to talk to or help me. looking for some answers to fix this. Thanks

What message do you get when calling your number from another phone?

This is an issue with *611 so dial 1-855-4Public from a different phone and enter your telephone number then the voucher number.

Payments can be made in your Self Serve account or by calling 1-855-478-2542.
