Public Mobile Stand

I'm looking for replacement papers for the inside of this SIM Card stand. I won this item on an eBay bid but its missing some of the inserts. 

Does anyone know where I can get such? I'd like to use this in my retail store where I sell Public Mobile.

honest, you can start with those Walmart kiosk or Koodo kiosk and hope they have some left over they didn't throw away

or you can also submit a ticket with CS agent and ask sincerely.    But you might need to escalate to senior support and let them know you are such a PM lover and hope they can help out

and honest, the stand looks nice
