I produced a ticket number for my with wife as she is trying to join public mobile. The ticket number is xxxxxxxxxxxxx. It was issued to us on December 31 2024. She had placed an order for a SIM card on November 12. Please provided an update regarding the SIM card.

Honestly I know this has passed but most likely this sim card is lost at this point. I just purchased mine from Amazon and it arrived in a day or two last week.

If you have a Telus/Koodo or Mobile Klinik store near you, you can buy a SIM card in person for $10 or you can order one from Amazon for $5 and with a Prime account shipping is free and should arrive in 1 to 2 days. If you then contact a support agent they should give you a credit or refund but best to contact them first to see what your options are.

@RichardVoyer You need to go into your community inbox and reply to the ticket. This is a public forum of customers only and not customer service agents. If it was ordered November 12th I expect it got caught up in the Canada Post strike so support may suggest alternatives like buying one at a Telus/Koodo store, or from Amazon.
