I have just noticed that I have getting charged twice per month since Nov. 2025. I should be charged once a month 40,86 but since Nov. 2025 I have been also charged 27,07. So, I had been overcharged for 135,35 (5 X 27,07). I need to get this fixed...

YES I am sure. I have tried to submit a ticket without any success... I think. I did not get any confirmation that a ticket has been created. This is really painful...
