Hi,
Is there any way to get a copy of my recent bill? I checked my account and can only see payment history. I am looking for a bill to submit as an address proof to another government application. I don't have a drivers' license or a utility bill under my name. Is there a customer service number to call a service agent?

It's not proof of address. If they accept it, that's a serious security flaw.

Unfortunately, since Public mobile is prepaid service and does not do a ID or credit check, Public mobile invoice is insufficient to prove identity. You will need to look for another type of invoice.

@AnjuJose PM is a prepaid provider, they don't do a identity check when you setup the account, so, it might not be enough as a proof for government application. Please check and confirm
But if you want PM to prepare you a proper invoice. Please open ticket with PM Support, they might need 2 to 3 weeks for the request
