I have pre-authorized payment but it says my account has been suspended. Why? My card is still good.

@Sharonz , is your phone stull functional? The self serve portal goes through a fake suspension process during renewal but will display active status later in the day. Also, please view your account using incognito mode on your browser to make sure you are not viewing a cached webpage.

@Sharonz hi do your services still work? if so disregard the message ,it is the standard "greeting" the morniing of your renewall it will clear up shortly
