is this promotion only for new clients? I am currently have $15 / month. I used the code 12MONTHS2GB but it says nod valid.
I have pre-authorized payment but it says my account has been suspended. Why? My card is still good. 
I still have some add on data but it stopped working since last Friday. I tried turn off and turn on and reset network. Still not working. Why? 
i have 250mb each month. it was ok before but cannot connect to internet this month. i only used 12-15 mb up to today.
