I find it's YMMV - I used to get vouchers from my local SDM, however they have removed the rack cards about a year ago, and every time I asked the clerk they didn't have an idea what I was talking about and were not willing to check their system.

I now give my business to my local corner store.

@missorangeI have heard people have bought them there, not sure if all Shoppers do, but some do for sure. If you know the store you want to go to call them in advance to make sure.

Shoppers has been known to have a delay of up to 48 hours on vouchers. You are better off in my opinion going to recharge.com
