Tell them your credit card was charged for a SIM card, and that you're wanting to confirm the order was received. Ask them to send you a confirmation with the order details.
It is also possible the 'charge' you're seeing on your payment card is a "temporary" or "pending" charge which may not reconcile into an actual charge if the order did not get processed.
If that's the case, the pending charge will not post to an actual charge under your payment card transaction summary.

when I submit a ticket ,they need to Verify with My Account Credentials, I put the username and password which is the same as what I put to log in , but it cant verify😅
