US add on

I added US Roaming Bundle  but I must of entered it twice but I only need one. Added before leaving Canada and once I got to Florida it didn’t  work. How do I cancel one or both since I haven’t used them.

Yes there was a double charge.

 @Ludie : Click on Plan Details and tell us what all lines are showing in there under add-ons.

Maybe you bought the talk/text/data bundle. What didn't work? Nothing? Or any one of them?

Maybe you also only deposited money and didn't complete the purchase.

For talk, you'll need to connect to T-Mobile.

If you buy multiple talk add-ons then you'll have a problem.

Check your Self Serve account and look under My Data and Add-ons to see if there was a double add-on and charge. 
If there are 2 roaming add-ons, you should contact a CS_Agent to cancel 1 add-on.

The system isn't supposed to allow you to add to of the same roaming add-on, and I suspect that may be why it didn't work.  Please open a ticket to discuss with a CSA by going to:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
