its saying my phone is not active on the network when i temp to make a call

what phone do you have?
try reboot your phone, try Reset network settings. And try your PM sim in another phone if possible
if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

ive changed my plan..it shows it has changed and will renew in September..but im unable to text or make a call...

@lilj try logging in from APP and from web browser to see if any changes. Do you still have service? data, text and calling all working?
