payment is made, and the account is still inactivated

my plan is inactivated because i missed the payment on March 7, and i paid the due amount by my credit card on March 8. i can see the payment in the transaction histroy, but the account is still inactivated asked for another payment? someone can check it out? who i can send the private message for help?

check who is the mod on duty and send them a private message

they will help you.unfortunatelly it may take a while.

someone else had this issue, it seems another glitch when reactivating expired ones, the Mod will look at it when you send them your info.
