I have been notified by Royal Bank VISA that my card has been hacked.  Royal Bank is issuing a new card which I will not receive in time for my monthly payment due 27/09/21.  Will receive card by 30/09/21.  How else can I pay my payment...please notify.  I will inform Public Mobile of my new VISA as soon as I have received

If you just arranged a new visa from rbc maybe you can call them back and get it delivered to your branch....guaranteed in 3 business days. Maybe too late now but for future reference. Don t remove your compromised card. The autopay system doesn't know it's compromised unless it attempts a payment. Leave it for your $2 reward and pay by voucher thru 611 on your phone.

Vouchers are widely available but some take up to 24 hours to be valid and redeemable. Vouchers from 7/11, SDM, London Drugs and Shell stations are all immediately valid and redeemable via 611. Dial 611 on your phone. Once connected press (1) and (1) again and enter the 12 digit pin #. Once accepted 611 will confirm a successful top up and send you a text confirmation.

You can also make real time payments (RTP) at Mobil and Canadian Tire gas bars for a $1 fee and they are added by giving the clerk your 10 digit phone number to enter into the terminal. For a larger fee payments can be made online with recharge.com or ding.com.

This is a tricky answer but you might try it: use somebody else card, somebody who REALLY trust you (and vice versa - very close relative, spouse, etc.) just for this payment.

Let them enter card details into your PM account so you do not see all details (like 3 digit code).

keep your old credit card to you will receive a $2 for AutoPay, and until you will getting new card number and re entered your New credit details,

*and how much you pay the extra is will going to your account Available funds:$ ! has the amount left, and for next bill cycle the will take it from there automatically,

The location of the PIN varies depending on where you purchase your voucher; however, you will typically find it on the top or the bottom of your receipt. To top up using a voucher, sign in to your Self-Serve account, select the ‘Payment’ tab, then ‘One Time Payment’. In the form on the next page, select ‘Payment Voucher’ as your payment method and enter your voucher code below, then click ‘Submit’.

You can also make a payment using recharge.com or ding.com but there is a service charge.

You can purchase a payment voucher either in store or online (recharge.com - service fee applies).  In store vendors include Walmart, Mobile shop (inside superstore), Gas stations, Canadian Tire, Wow mobile, London drugs.  Load up the funds either via self service account or dialing 611.  

You could also use Visa debit card for your autopay if you don't have any other credit cards.
