You could purchase a voucher and call 611 to make a payment. Also you can use recharge.cim or ding.com but there is a service charge.

You can setup autopay using your credit card or debit card or you can purchase PM topup voucher.
Login to your self-serve account and select Payment tab setup your autopay.
Or if you are still having issues you can click https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and enter your question into SIMon. Follow/invent prompts until you get to the Contact Us button, click it and a Submit Ticket button should appear.
You can also pay for your account with a voucher by dialing 611 and following the prompts.

Why is it not letting you? When was your payment due? Do you have auto-pay on your account or are you paying manually or a voucher?
