1. I want to change my autopay credit card to validate date.

2. I can't login my account 

3. I did reset password.website change my password succefully ..but when I login again..  error is same

5. probably my credit card is expired so, not paying this month.

6. that's why my phone is not working( impossible calling)

@mjlee , this service has no call center support.  The chatbot is the starting point for initiating a support ticket if you need the CSA team to fix something wrong with your account.  As for account access, much of your problems could be due to cached data.  It is always recommended to use incognito mode on your browser to access the self serve account.  This strategy minimize access issues.  Give it a try before seeking CSA support.  If you are able to get into the account, you should be able to change the credit card information and reactivate the account as self serve functions.

The only way to get help is through the chatbot setting up a ticket or using private message. There is no actual voice talking to support.

If you have trouble using the Chat Bot Simon, then just send a private message to CS_Agent

 

It doesn't get any easier than that, to get help from a Customer Support Agent.
