Phone not allowed/ can't connect to network

what is wrong. ive been using this phone and suddenly it wont connect to network

i just put the SIM in another  phone and it say unregistered SIM

@Dave1960   was there any error message?

try to reboot your phone, and monitor the phone status.  Does that show it connected briefly and then disconnected?

You said no outage, you meant you check your sim card in another phone and it works  that is the best way to show if there is outage or not

you may want to try the device check mentioned above in @hairbag1  post.

this is especially important if the phone you’re using wasn’t brand-new when acquired or purchase from a reliable and trustworthy reseller.

Did you recently buy this as a used phone ?....https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/

Try taking sim outta phone, then re install.
