password reset wont work

If having issues about which email you signed up with (if you did register for a My Account), use the Forgot your password option to reset it and use possible emails it could be.

If an email is received (check spam/junk folder) then the email is likely registered.


If having browser issues, try clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device. Or, even better, open a tab in incognito mode and access My Account that way.

@piaskow    Click the down arrow on your second post and select edit from the menu and then delete your tel. # from the post as you're on an open public forum.


Have you ever created a self serve account?  If not you still need customer support to help with creating your account now which requires an email as username and a password.  Click the following link to get support for the self serve account or use the earlier link if you just need a password reset.


You can purchase a voucher from many retailers and add the funds by dialing 611 to restore your service while you wait to reset the password or create an account.

For payment if it's urgent, then purchase a voucher from SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell and load the funds by dialing 611 on your phone or purchase one from online vendor who charge a small fee and will email the PIN to you.
