I want to sign in to my account to add on more data and it keeps telling me the password is incorrect. So I changed it and waited some hours to retry it but its saying the same thing!! Why is this so? 🙄

If you know your 4 digit account pin then you can use 611 to pay for and buy data add-ons.

You could also try the login ids in the chatbot. Open chatbot, yes you're a customer, Sign in, use those login ids, Manage my account. Click boxes from there. You can pay and buy add-ons there as well.

Clear your browsing cookies and close your browser. Open the browser back up and try.  There is a browsing session lockout if you're entered the incorrect password multiple times.
