I have a pre authorized plan with my credit card but have been cut off. I want to talk to a real person to resolve this. Am getting frustrated and thinking of changing plans because of this.

I’ve had issues with autopay in the past but was able to fix it when I logged into my account. I hope you’ve been able to get it fixed! 

was the issue fixed?  We are just customers here and we cannot fix the problem.

If you don't have the service still, you can pay and resume service yourself.  If you need PM staff to discuss with you the problem, please open ticket

PM is an online service and AutoPay may fail due to a glitch in the system. Just simply login to your account and in the Subscription tab. Check if the Subscribe (AutoPay) button is enabled.

If you are having problems login to your account. Just contact a CS_Agent by dm them directly.

sometimes it is just an Autopay problem.  you can simply login My Account and pay and resume service.

seen some people reported that same issue before but the support staff usually don't find much to fix other than ask you to pay and resume service

but if you like, you can contact PM. you can try. There is no direct number to call but just open ticket.  I actually hesitate to give you the way to open ticket as a particular community member does not think it is necessary.  But since you asked, here you are:

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
