Sorry, only one line/email address. So create a second email for the second line.

@crisly hi no each account needs a separate email but you can pay with same credit card if you wish

@crisly Sorry, but no. Each line needs a separate email and SIM, however you can use an alias email for the second line and same CC for payments.
