how can I get a refund as I paid twice by mistake? I sent a ticket three times within the last two weeks but no response.

The policy says no refunds so you might not get it.

@jamalalhaj I'd keep the funds in your account to cover a future payment but if you want to reach support it's easier via private message at link below.

How did you create the tickets...by private message or Chat?

The funds are still in your account but if you still want a refund, try the other method of creating a ticket.

Refunds take up to 30 days. Its easier just to leave it in your available funds for your next renewal. You got no replies from customer support? Are your support tickets in your sent box of your private messages?

 @jamalalhaj : If the overpayment is still in your Available Funds then just leave it there for your next renewal. Getting an actual refund could take several weeks.
