i just made a cc payment and i tried placing a call but i'm getting msg saying that i am not subsricbed to "talk". I have not made any changes to my plan just payed the amount due.

@petrogem, was your plan expired or account suspended?  This sounds like something you will need to private message a MOD in your message to them include your email, phone number and SIM card number (if you have it).  You can find out how to message a mod here https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Updated-Contacting-our-Community-Moder...

Try rebootingyour phone also Check self serve does it show your plan is active? With new plan if not and reboot doesn't help then contact mod dept thry will fix it for you
Contact any moderator by private message to help you with the process.
In your private message the following info
* PM account email address
* PM phone number
* Detailed explanation

What you do click on link the webpage will open. You will see a mod team click on any name then scroll down all the way and click on send a private msg then explain your problem
